Addiction and mental health issues can feel like a never-ending cycle. No matter how much you keep trying to push forward, the cycle keeps your life at a standstill. Whether it’s you or a loved one who is struggling, the repercussions of issues with substance abuse or disregarded mental health problems can be detrimental to quality of life.
When you are ready to seek help, you’re not alone. Vanguard Behavioral Health extends the compassionate hand you need to find your way to recovery. Best of all, you can start your journey in a private place that gives you access to a specifically tailored program built around your needs. We offer residential treatment for both substance abuse and mental health at our centers in Tucson, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Residential treatment is the most intensive, and often most effective, form of treatment for those battling addiction or mental health issues. While committing to a residential program is not a requirement for mental health or addiction treatment, it can be highly beneficial for some. With residential treatment, you enter a program that offers housing, rehabilitation services and 24/7 support from a team of skilled professionals. These programs are designed to provide a structured, supportive atmosphere that gives individuals everything they need to achieve recovery without outside influence or interference.
At our residential treatment centers at Vanguard, we offer a loving, compassionate environment. We walk you through the process of self-healing, which can be done at your own pace. You won’t contend with guilt, judgment or shame while in our programs — many on our team have been right where you are and successfully achieved recovery themselves.
Our residential substance abuse treatment facilities include a detox center, which is often a necessary starting point. We are equipped to help with substances like heroin, opioids, alcohol, meth, fentanyl, benzodiazepines and more. At Vanguard, residents get help for all aspects of their primary mental health while in our programs, including for substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is not uncommon for substance abuse and mental health issues to go hand in hand and require dual diagnosis treatment.
Making the decision to seek residential addiction treatment or mental health treatment is a big choice to make. We understand how intimidating it can be to take those first steps.
At Vanguard, we do everything possible to make taking this step an easy one. We value compassion, courage and honesty while helping every individual that comes to us for treatment find their personal road to recovery. No situation is ever the same, which is why we approach every person with the intention of building a roadmap tailored to the needs and problems that must be overcome.
